Simplify Your Approval Process with Ready Homes Certification Services
Ready Homes manage the building consent process with engineering and designer Ready Homes will issue a Request for Information (RFI) – a list of items required to complete the initial building consent. Some of these items will come from third parties such as builders or geotechnical engineers. Once all requested items are returned, Ready Homes will coordinate documentation required for Building Consent applications. The consent documents will include conditions and stamped construction plans lodged with council on your behalf. You can then commence construction.
WITHOUT READY HOMES SERVICES
If you commence an independent building and certification process, Ready Homes Certification Services will not be available to you.
Without Ready Homes Certification Services, there is no guarantee of independently achieving compliance with the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC).
Payments and Delivery
Lead times approximately 12–16 weeks from deposit
- Pay an Additional 20% (70% Total) , your order will be shipped to your nearest New Zealand port.
- Pay an Additional 15% (85% Total) of delivery, your order will be transported to your site.
- A container will arrive with all components required to complete your build, including floor systems, wall
panels, finishes, ceilings, roofing, joinery, fixtures. - Pay an Additional 15% (100% Total) when the construction is completed and accepted by owners.
